What is Delta-8 THC?

Delta-8-Tetrahydrocannabinol (Delta-8-THC, Δ8-THC) is a psychoactive cannabinoid found in the cannabis plant.[1][2] It is an isomer of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol (Delta-9-THC, Δ9-THC), the compound commonly known as THC. Due to some of this information making certain health claims about the effects of Delta-8 THC we cannot go into much more detail. How long does shipping typically take?

Shipping typically takes about 2-5 business days from the date of the order to the date of arrival. We try to make sure all orders are shipped within 72 hours from the time of processing except on weekends and with the exception of Holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

I would like a refund, how can I start the refund process?

Please see our return and refund policy here for more information. We have a strict no refund policy. All sales are final. If you just placed your order and it does not have a tracking number assigned to it, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund by going to the orders section of your account. If you do not have an account, please contact us via email at [email protected] For more information on canceling your order, please see the “How Do I cancel my order?” section of our website. If your product is broken or defective, please contact us for a replacement which will be at our discretion. For a faster resolution, please also include pictures or video proof of the defect or damage to your product. You may contact us via email at [email protected] and we will be happy to help.

Are your products lab tested?

Our distillate and other products are full panel lab tested for safety and compliance. The lab results can be found under our lab results section.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. As soon as your order begins being packed up by our shipping department you will receive a tracking number via the email you provided with your order.

Can I pay for expedited shipping?

Currently we do not offer expedited shipping but we plan to offer it soon via UPS.

Do you ship discreetly? Where do orders ship from?

All of our packages ship from “CC Shipping Department.”. We care about your privacy and do our best to preserve it. All of our orders ship from Kentucky.

Can I change my order?

We cannot change orders beyond refunding certain items if the order has been placed without canceling the order. For all orders that would like to add something additional, please place another order or email support at [email protected] to cancel your current order.

How do I cancel my order?

If your order is still processing it may be canceled from our website. Navigate to the “Orders” section and view the order you would like to cancel. On the order details, you will find the cancellation button. If your order is no longer processing, it cannot be canceled.
