What is Delta-8 THC?

Delta-8-Tetrahydrocannabinol (Delta-8-THC, Δ8-THC) is a mind-altering cannabinoid found in the cannabis plant.[1][2] It is an isomer of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol (Delta-9-THC, Δ9-THC), the compound commonly known as THC. How long does shipping typically take?

Shipping typically takes about 2-5 business days from the date of the order to the date of arrival. We try to make sure all orders are shipped within 72 hours from the time of processing except on weekends and with the exception of Holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. I would like a refund, how can I start the refund process?

We have a strict no refund policy. All sales are final. If your order is processing and has not been assigned a tracking number, you may cancel it under your account dashboard orders section.

Are your products lab tested?

Our distillate and other products are full panel lab tested for safety and compliance. The lab results can be found under our lab results section.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. As soon as your order begins being packed up by our shipping department you will receive a tracking number via the email you provided with your order.

Can I pay for expedited shipping?

Yes, you can. This does not guarantee your order will arrive within a specified time, orders typically take 1-3 days to process. However, we do guarantee we will make sure that you receive your order.

Any (Expedited) shipping method other than the standard shipping options (USPS First Class, UPS Ground Saver, UPS Ground) will require a signature upon delivery.

Do you ship discreetly? Where do orders ship from?

All of our packages ship from “CC Shipping Department.”. We care about your privacy and do our best to preserve it. All of our orders ship from Kentucky.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

We cannot change orders beyond refunding certain items if the order has been placed without canceling the order. For all orders that would like to add something additional, please place another order or email support at [email protected] to cancel your current order. You may quickly cancel your order if you have an account with us and your order has not been assigned a tracking number by following the instructions in the next FAQ question section.

How do I cancel my order?

If your order is still processing and has not been assigned a tracking number, you may be cancel it by contacting us at [email protected]. If you have registered an account you may cancel it under the orders section of your account dashboard as long as it is still processing. If you have been issued a tracking number, your order cannot be canceled.
